Tuesday 7:30am-9am

Self- study with Jennifer.
This 90-minute yoga class is for those who do not need detailed instructions, who have previous experience studying yoga with Jennifer, and can follow yoga sequence cues while practicing self awareness.

Wednesday 4:30pm-6pm
Vinyasa Flow with Jennifer.
This is a 90-minute mixed levels class, including meditation, beginner to intermediate poses, and deep relaxation. Please bring your own yoga mat, props are available in the studio.

Saturday 9:30am-11am
